Records an endowment for worship to the god Annamalai Nayaṇār setup in the temple by Vira Kampa Nāyaṇār alias Vīra Vallāļadēvar.வீரகம்ப நாயினார் என்கிற வீரவல்லாள தேவர் திருவோத்தூர் உடைய நாயினார் கோயிலில் அமைந்துள்ள அண்ணாமலை நாயினார் இறைவனின் பூசைக்கும் வழிபாட்டிற்கும் உரிய ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. கல்வெட்டு முழுமை பெறாமல் உள்ளதால் விவரம் அறியமுடியவில்லை.

Registers gift of Tirujñāna Sambanda Nallūr as kāņi madappura irayili to māhēśvaras of reciting Tiruppattu (Dēvaram) in front this god Tiruvottūr by Attipparru Nāṭṭavar of Jayangondachōla-mandalam.பல்குன்றக் கோட்டத்து அத்திப்பற்று நாட்டு நாவற்பாக்கம் மற்றும் குதிரைச் சேவகன் தாங்கல் ஆகிய இரண்டு ஊர்களையும் சேர்த்து திருஞானசம்பந்த நல்லூர் என்று பெயரிட்டு இராசநாராயண சம்புவராயன் 4-ஆவது ஆட்சியாண்டில் திருவோத்தூர் கோயிலில் திருப்பாட்டு ஓதும் மாகேசுவரர்க்கு (சிவனடியார்கள்) காணி மடப்புறமாக இறைநீக்கி அத்திப்பற்று நாட்டவர்களால் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Registers gift of Navarpakkam alias Tirujñana Sambandar Nallur and Kuthiraithangal by Rājanārāyaṇan as Kāņi maḍappura to māheśvaras for singing sacred hymns (Tiruppattu)அத்திப்பற்று பிரிவில் உள்ள நாவற்பாக்கம் என்னும் திருஞானசம்பந்தர் நல்லூர் மற்றும் இவ்வூரின் பிரிவான குதிரைச்சேவகன் தாங்கல் ஆகிய இரு ஊரவருக்கும் இராசநாராயணன் கொடுத்த ஆணையாகும். இவ்விரு ஊர்களில் வசூலிக்கப்படும் வரிகளில் பாதியை பல கோயில்களுக்கு பூசைக்காக அளித்தது போக மீதியுள்ள அனைத்து வரிகளையும், இக்கோயிலில் திருப்பாட்டு ஓதும் மாகேஸ்வரர்களுக்கு காணி மடப்புற இறையிலியாக அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Registers gift of the village Tingal Agaram bifrucated from Aṇukkāvūr for five members reciting slogas (Attyāyanam) infront of the god Tiruvottūrūḍaiya-Nāyaṇār by order of Kulasekara Sambuvarāyaṇ. The order addressed to Seyarru venrän chaturvedimangalam Vāriyan and Karaṇattāṇ.திருவோத்தூருடைய நாயனார் கோயில் இறைவன் முன் தினமும் ஐந்து நபர்கள் ஓதுவதற்கு, திங்கள் அகரம் என்ற ஊரில் உள்ள நஞ்சை புஞ்சை நிலத்தின் மீது பெறப்படும் வரிகளை நீக்கி குலசேகர சம்புவராயன் தானமளித்துள்ளான். செய்யாறு வென்றான் சதுர்வேதி மங்கலத்து வாரியனும் கணக்கனும் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு நடைமுறைபடுத்திட ஆணையிட்டுள்ளான்.

D) Registers a gift of 14 vēli land of various places for burning 28 perpetulal lamps in the temple of god Tiruvõttūr-uḍaiya Nāyaṇār and 4 vēli land for 8 perpetual lamps infront of the godesses Ilamulai- nāchchiyār, which had been donated in the pervious years. States further that the gift of land Viraśambu-nāyan alias Śambuvarayan free of taxes in Tachchaṇtāngal and Sirayampattu as tiruvilakkuppuram for burning 40 perpetual lamps to the Tiruvottūr Uḍaiya Nāyaṇār from the month of Avani in the twelfth regnal year of Sundarapandya.திருவோத்தூருடைய நாயனார் கோயில் இறைவன் முன் 28 திருநந்தா விளக்கு ளிக்க 14 வேலி நிலமும், இக்கோயில் இறைவி இளமுலை நாச்சியார் கோயிலில் 8 திருநந்தா விளக்கு ளிக்க 4 வேலி நிலமும் ஏற்கனவே தானமளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், ஆவணிமாதம் முதல் 40 திருநந்தா விளக்கு எளிக்க தச்சன் தாங்கல், சிராயம்பட்டு ஆகிய ஊர்களை திருவிளக்குப்புறமாக வீரசம்புநாயன் என்ற சம்புவராயன் வழங்கியுள்ளான்.

Registers gift of 520 kuli of land for opening a flower garden called Tappāmōli nandavanam by Kudamukkil Kandan Ēranambi chetti. Also records an agreement by Alagiyasiyan for rearing flow plants and supplying daily one kuruni of flowers to god Tiruvōttür-Nāyaṇār in lieu of the income from taxes viz., kadamai etc on the gift land.குளமுக்கில் கண்டன் ஏறநம்பி செட்டி என்பவன் திருவோத்தூர் இறைவனுக்கு தப்பாமொழி என்னும் பெயரில் நந்தவனம் ஒன்று அமைக்க 520 குழி நிலம் தானமளித்துள்ளான். இந்நிலத்தின் மீதான இறுக்கப்படும் வரியினைக் கொண்டு இந்நந்தவனத்தில் பூமரங்கள் வைத்து நாளொன்றுக்கு ஒரு குறுணி அளவு பூக்கள் அளக்க அழகியசீயன் சம்மதித்துள்ளான்.

Registers a gift of the village Mangalam in Vādavūr nāḍu a sub-division of Venkunrak-kōṭṭam as devadāna together with income from taxes and dues thereon for worship, offerings lamps, food and other requirements for the Nāyaṇār of Tiruvōttür during the festival of Avaṇitirunal by Senkēņi Attimallan Śambuvarāyaṇ alias Edirilichōla Sambuvarāyaṇ.திருவோத்தூருடைய நாயனார் இறைவனுக்கு ஆவணித் திருநாளன்று நடைபெறும் பூசைக்கும், அமுதுக்கும், திருவிளக்கெண்ணைக்கும் மற்றும் இதர தேவைகளுக்காக வெண்குன்றக் கோட்டத்து வாதவூர் நாட்டு மங்கலம் என்னும் ஊரில் உள்ள நன்செய், புன்செய் நிலங்களின் மீதான விதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்த வரிகள் அனைத்தும் இக்கோயிலுக்குத் தேவதானமாகச் செங்கேணி அத்திமல்லவன் சம்புவராயன் எனும் எதிரிலிச் சோழ சம்புவராயன் அளித்துள்ளான்.

Records the gift of the village Sirriyārrur in Māvanḍūr-ērivāyp-parru, in Kasirambeḍu-nādu, a sub division of Kaliyur-kōṭṭam a district of Jayangonḍaśōla-mandalam by Senkēņi Virapperumāl Attimallan Edirilśōla-Sambuvarayan as devadāna to the temple. States further that the chief confirmed the order of his great great grand father remitting the taxes on the dēvadāna village to Tiruvōttur, Vayalur, Aṇḍili etc., for worship and offerings to the god.செங்கேணி வீரப்பெருமாள் அத்திமல்லன் எதிரிலிசோழச் சம்புவராயன் என்னும் சிற்றரசன் திருவோத்தூர் உடைய நாயனார் கோயிலுக்கு, ஜயங்கொண்டசோழ மண்டலத்துக் காலியூர்க் கோட்டத்து காசிரம்பேடு நாட்டு மாவண்டூர் ஏரிவாய்ப்பற்று சிற்றியாற்றூர் என்னும் ஊரிலுள்ள நன்செய், புன்செய் நிலத்தின் மீது வசூலிக்கப்படும் வரிகளைத் தானமாக வழங்கியுள்ளான். இக்கோயிலுக்கு தேவதானங்களான திருவோத்தூர், வயலூர், கன்றியம், சிராயம்பட்டு, அண்டிலி, அனுக்காவூர், தவசிபெரும்பாக்கம் ஆகிய ஊர்களில் வசூலிக்கப்பட்ட வரிகளை மேற்படி சிற்றரசனின் பாட்டன் பாட்டன் தானமாக வழங்கினர் அவற்றினை மீண்டும் உறுதி செய்து திருவோத்தூர் இறைவனின் பூசை மற்றும் இதர வழிபாட்டிற்காகவும் வழங்கியுள்ளான்.

Records gift 100 kalañju of gold of purity of 71⁄4 carat (māṛru) for two paṭṭams to Tiruvõttūr-Uḍaiyār by Ponnurk Kanṇudaiyān Kārāṇai Vilupparaiyan.பொன்னூர் கண்ணுடையான் காராணை விழுப்பரையன் என்பவன் திருவோத்தூருடையார் இறைவனுக்கு நூற்றுக் கழஞ்சு அளவு பொன்னிலான இரண்டு பட்டங்கள் கொடையளித்துள்ளான்.

D. ) Registers an order of Maduräntaka Pottappichōlan stating that the assembly of the people of Jayangonḍaśōla- mandalam remitted Six kalam of paddy per vēli of lands granted as dēvadāṇam, tiruvidaiyāttam, agarapparru, tirappu, vanniyapparru.மதுராந்தகப் பொத்தப்பிச் சோழன் ஜயங்கொண்டசோழ மண்டலத்து நாட்டுப் பிரிவுத் தலைவர்களுக்கு நேரடி ஆணை ஒன்று பிறப்பித்துள்ளான். தேவதானம், திருவிடையாட்டம், அகரப்பற்று, திறப்பு, வன்னியப்பற்று ஆகிய நிலங்களில் இருந்து வேலி ஒன்றுக்கு ஆறு கலம் நெல் வசூல் செய்ய நாட்டவர்களுக்கு ஆணையிட்டுள்ளான். திறப்பு என்பது நேரடியாக அரசுக்கு இறை செலுத்தும் வெள்ளான் வகை நிலம் ஆகும்.

D) Records the gift of 32 cows for a perpetual lamp by Attiyāṇdan son of Senkēņi Virāndān to the god Aluḍaiyar Tiruvõttür at Tiruvōttür in Kaliyur-nādu, a sub-division of Kaliyur-kōṭṭam, a district of Jayangonḍaśōla- mandalam.செங்கேணி வீராண்டன் என்பானின் மகன் அத்தியாண்டான் என்பவன் ஜயங்கொண்டசோழ மண்டலத்து காலியூர் கோட்டத்துக் காலியூர் நாட்டு திருவோத்தூர் ஊரிலுள்ள ஆளுடையார் திருவோத்தூருடையார் இறைவனுக்கு ஒரு நந்தா விளக்கு எரிக்க 32 பசுக்கள் தானமளித்துள்ளான்.
On the north wall of the first prākāra of the Vēdapurīśvara temple. Chōla. Kulōttunga-II r. y 6 (1139 A. D. ). Mentions the accidental death of Puliyan caused by Kongan Śelva- Muttaraiyan son of Śūrri in a hunting. It was decided by the pannāttar that 16 cows for a lamp be donated by the Kongan Selva Muttaraiyan to the temple of Tiruvōttür- Uḍaiyār to render him free from enemity.சூற்றி என்பவனின் மகன் கொங்கன் செல்வமுத்தரையன் என்பான் மிருகவேட்டைக்குச் சென்ற போது, மிருகத்தின் மீது எறிந்த அம்பு தவறுதலாக புலியன் என்பவன் மீது பாய்ந்து இறந்துவிட்டான். பன்னாட்டார் என்னும் நிர்வாக அமைப்பினர் கூடி இரு குடும்பத்தாரிடம் பகை ஏற்படவேண்டாம் என்று செல்வமுத்தரையனை இக்குற்றத்திலிருந்து விடுவித்தனர். இக்குற்றத்திற்காகத் திருவோத்தூர் இறைவனுக்கு ஒரு விளக்கு வைக்க பதினாறு பசுக்களைக் கொடுக்கத் தீர்ப்பளித்துள்ளனர்.
On the south wall of the first präkāra of the Vēdapuriśvara temple. Chōla. Vikramachōla r. y. 6+1 (1125 A. D. ). Refers to the destruction of crops by a big flood and the consequent sale of land by the ur of Kuḍa nagar in Kāliyur-kōṭṭam to raise money for taxes. 2000 kuli of land were sold for current kāśu to Naṭṭuvāykkuḍi in Inga-nāḍu. The land was gifted as maḍappuram by the purchaser to Tapaśvi-viḍayinmēlvaruvan and his descendants with irrigation rights and remission of certain dues. The ūrār agreed to pay a five of one mañjādi of gold at the dharmadaṇa, in the case of any impediment.ஜயங்கொண்டசோழ மண்டலத்துக் காலியூர் கோட்டத்து காழியூர் நாட்டுக் குடநகர் என்னும் ஊரில் விக்கிரம சோழனின் ஆறாவது ஆட்சியாண்டில் (கி.பி. 1124) ஏற்பட்டப் பெருவெள்ளத்தின் காரணமாக ஊரும் விளைநிலமும் மிகவும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்ததால் இவ்வூருக்கான வரி கொடுக்க வேண்டி, இவ்வூரிலிருந்த 2000 குழி நிலத்தினை இவ்வூரார் பொது ஏலத்தில் விட்டனர். இந்நிலத்தினை இங்க நாட்டு நட்டுவாய்க் குடையான் ஆதித்தன் உய்யவந்தான் என்பவனுக்கு 25 காசுகளுக்கு இவ்வூரார் விற்றுக்கொடுத்துள்ளனர். இவன் இந்த நிலத்தினை, மடத்தினை நிர்வகிப்பதற்காக மடப்புறமாக தபஸ்வி விடையின்மேல் வருவான் என்பவனுக்கு அளித்துள்ளான். இந்நிலத்துக்கு புணற்கால், பள்ளக்கால் போன்றவற்றால் நீர்பாயவும், ஆற்றில் ஏத்தம் இட்டு இறைக்கவும், கொல்லையில் கால்வாய் வெட்டிக் கொள்ளும் உரிமையும் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும் இந்நிலத்தின் மீதான எச்சோறு, கூற்றுநெல், வெட்டிமுட்டையாள், சென்னீரமஞ்சி போன்ற வரிகளையும் நீக்கி அளித்துள்ளனர்.

Records the construction of the shrine Sankaranārāṇa-Iśvaragriham by Ādittakuṭṭiyar in memory of his elder brother, Sankaranārāṇār. The sabha of Tiruvōttür endowed a garden with cocoanut trees to the shrine.சங்கர நாரணனார் என்பவர் நினைவாக அவனது தம்பி ஆதித்த குட்டியார் என்பார் இக்கோயிலில் எடுத்துள்ள ‘சங்கர நாரண ஈஸ்வர கிருகம் என்னும் கோயில் இறைவனுக்கு, இவ்வூர் வடக்கில் தென்னை மரங்கள் உள்ள நந்தவனம் ஒன்றினைத் திருவோத்தூர் சபையார் கொடுத்துள்ளனர்.

Chōla Kōparakēsari Śri Rājēndrachōļa dēva (Rājēndra I) r. y. 3 (1015 a. d. ) Records gift of 90 sheep for a perpetual lamp by Pattangi Kāļa- Kumāra Kramavittan, one of the managing members (vālunganam) in the village of Velichchēri, a brahmadēyam in Kōṭṭūr-nādu, which was a sub-division of Puliyur-kōṭṭam in Jayangondachōla mandalam to the temple of Tiruttanḍīśvara dēva.ஜயங்கொண்டசோழ மண்டலத்துப் புலியூர்க் கோட்டத்து கோட்டூர் நாட்டு பிரமதேயம் வெளிச்சேரி ஆளுங்கணத்து உறுப்பினர் பத்தங்கி காளகுமார கிரமவித்தன் என்பவன் இக்கோயில் திருத்தண்டீஸ்வரர் தேவர் இறைவனுக்குத் திருநந்தா விளக்கு வைப்பதற்கு 90 ஆடுகள் கொடையளித்துள்ளான்.

Records gift of 90 sheep for a lamp to the god Tirukkarrali-Mahādēva in the temple of Tiruttaṇḍiśvaram at Velichchēri by Narāyaṇa Bhattan son of Pattangi Chaturvdi Bhaṭṭan, a one of the alunganam of the village.புலியூர்க் கோட்டத்து வெளிச்சேரி ஆளுங்கணத்து நிர்வாகச் சபை உறுப்பினர் பத்தங்கி சட்ட சதுர்வேதி பட்டன் மகன் நாராயண பட்டன் என்பவன் திருத்தண்டீஸ்வரத்துத் திருக்கற்றளி மகாதேவர் இறைவனுக்கு ஒரு நந்தா விளக்கெரிக்க 96 ஆடுகள் தானமளித்துள்ளான்.
