Records the gift of a land by the merchant Centanur Alvān Nakkan Arivaikal Karpakavēlān acquired from Nagarattar to the sivabrāhmanās of the temple towards a perpetual lamp.பின்பகுதி சிதைந்த கல்வெட்டு. வியாபாரி சேந்தனூர் ஆழ்வான் நக்கன் அறிவைகள் கற்பகவேளான் என்பவர் நந்தா விளக்கெரிக்க நகரத்தாரிடம் நிலம் (?) பெற்றுக் கோயில் சிவபிராமணரிடம் கொடுத்த செய்தி சொல்லப்படுகிறது.
Multilated. Name of the temple is mentioned as Cētikula Cintamanīśvaram. Mentions the abraded condition of ritual utensils ceppuk kiṭāram and ceppuk kutam.சிதைந்து பிரிந்து போன கல்வெட்டு. கோயிலின் பெயர் சேதிகுல சிந்தாமணீஸ்வரம் என்றுள்ளது. பூசைக் கலன்கள் செப்பு கிடாரம், செப்புக்குடம் ஆகியவை தேய்ந்து போனமை குறித்த செய்தி சொல்லப்படுகிறது.
